Shipping charges are not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.

Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer direct.

Buyer must contact us with in 15 days for all returns.

All shipping costs back to TrainLiquidators.com will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

No credit will be given till item is returned back to TrainLiquidators.com
