guidelines. Remember they are only guidelines: questions, suggestions and even
complaints are always welcome.
PAYMENT:
For your convenience we accept VISA,
MasterCard and Discover and PayPal. Your card will be charged when you place the
order. We strive to ship the order within 72-96 hours from receipt of
approve credit card orders. We also can accept checks and money
orders. Checks will have a minimum 10 day waiting period to assure it
clears prior to shipping.
ORDERING:
It is important to order all items by
the correct part number. This will speed your order and help eliminate errors.
You may e-mail order questions if you need clarification on any item you want to
purchase, before you place your order. We will return your replay
within 24 hours.

PRICES:
Although we make every effort to
offer competitive prices, in some cases, price adjustments must be made and
TrainLiquidators.com reserves the right to change pricing without notice. In the
rare event of a pricing error on an open order, you will be contacted prior to
shipment to authorize the change.
SHIPPING:
We will endeavor to ship all orders same
day and do our best to follow your special shipping instructions. We normally
ship orders via one of the following:
- USPS Priority Mail in the US
- USPS Parcel Post (for larger
orders)
- USPS Air Parcel Post to foreign
countries*
- FedEx
Ground
BAD CHECKS:
Any order having a returned check
(for any reason) will be charged a $30.00 fee. To avoid legal action, the check
must be redeemed by a certified check or bank money order within 5 business days
of notification. If legal action is necessary, the customer will be responsible
for all charges incurred in collection.
SHORTAGES:
Shortages must be reported at the time the
package is opened - NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders are checked for accuracy after
picking and are double checked prior to sealing the container.
HIDDEN DAMAGE:
Hidden damage must be reported at the time
the package is opened - NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL BOXES AND PACKING MUST BE SAVED to
receive credit for damages. We will pay shipping charges.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If a package arrives in broken or
mutilated boxes or if shipments are incomplete, be sure the driver notes on your
bill of lading. Claims against freight carriers are made by the recipient, not

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
Since as our name implies, unless
otherwise noted these items are limited or discontinued. We cannot
accept returns for any reason except a shipping error on our part. You
will need to email us for an RMA prior to returning anything. Packages
returned without an RMA will not be refunded.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All merchandise shipped is new.
Any warranty should be handled by the manufacturer of that product, not
TrainLiquidators.com
TAXES:
Prices on our site do not
include sales tax. Any items shipping to an Illinois address will be
charged 7% sales tax.
